Everyone should be able to order a meal without a struggle. We build YCD Eats for people of all abilities, and we want to hear when something doesn't work for you.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA on our website and apps, and we keep improving as we find gaps.
Keyboard and screen readers
You can use the site with a keyboard alone, and pages are built to work with screen readers such as VoiceOver, TalkBack and NVDA.
Report a barrier
If something is hard or impossible to use, write to support@eatsycd.com. Tell us the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser or assistive technology you use. We'll get back to you and work on a fix.
Help ordering another way
If a barrier gets in the way of an order, contact support from the Help Center or at support@eatsycd.com, and we'll help you complete it.
