Questions we get asked
Is there a setup or monthly fee?
No. The 4% commission on food revenue is the only charge. Photography and menu setup are done once, free.
Who pays for a canceled order?
If the kitchen has started cooking, YCD covers the courier and refunds the customer. You pay no commission on it.
Can I stay on other platforms?
Yes. There's no exclusivity, and you can leave with two weeks' notice.
How do payouts work?
Every Monday we send your food revenue minus the 4% commission to your US bank account. The statement shows it order by order.
