Your Privacy Choices

How to opt out, limit the use of sensitive information and make privacy requests. The short version: we don't sell your data or use it for targeted ads.

This is the plain-language version. The full legal text is being finalized with our lawyers; where the two differ, the signed full text applies.

Do not sell or share

We don't sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing you need to turn off. If you want to opt out anyway, send a request to privacy@eatsycd.com; we record it and honor it.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser or an extension sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information. You don't need to do anything else.

Limit the use of sensitive information

We use sensitive personal information, such as precise location and driver's license details, only to provide the service: to deliver orders, verify couriers and keep the platform safe. We don't use it for anything else. If you still want to ask us to limit its use, write to privacy@eatsycd.com.

Texts, promotions and location

Turn promotions and order updates on or off in Account → Settings; every marketing email also has an unsubscribe link. You can turn off location access in your phone or browser settings and type your address instead.

Make a request

To access, download, correct or delete your data: download it or delete your account in Account → Settings, and edit your name, email and addresses in Account. For anything else, write to privacy@eatsycd.com and tell us what you need. We verify your identity before we act, for example with a code sent to your phone.

Authorized agents

Someone you choose can make a request for you. We'll ask for your signed permission, and we may ask you to verify your identity with us directly.

Appeals

If we turn down your request, we tell you why. You can appeal by writing to privacy@eatsycd.com with “Appeal” in the subject line. We answer in writing, and if you still disagree, we tell you how to contact your state attorney general.

No discrimination

Using your privacy rights won't change your prices or the service you get.
